John & Diana Hagee Communications Center

3i Contracting delivered the John & Diana Hagee Communications Center for Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie. The 80,000-SF facility brings communications, film, music, and performing-arts programs together in a purpose-built academic environment. Its program includes a performing-arts auditorium, black-box theater, television and film studios, an audio-recording studio, digital-video suites, rehearsal and practice rooms, screening, preaching and speech labs, classrooms, faculty offices, band and choir facilities, and a campus café.

DFW Airport E-CUP

The DFW Airport Supplemental Electric Central Utility Plant is a major infrastructure project designed to expand and modernize the airport’s central utility capacity. Delivered by the Suffolk–3i Joint Venture, the work includes a supplemental plant, extensive HVAC and electrical systems, central equipment, automation, utility connections, excavation, structural construction, architectural enclosures, and modifications to the existing Central Utility Plant. Construction is being performed within an active international-airport environment, requiring detailed phasing, shutdown coordination, quality control, safety management, and protection of continuous airport operations.

Dallas County South Government Center

The project created an outdoor fitness and training facility for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Academy. Work included site grading, reinforced-concrete foundations, an artificial-turf workout field, a surrounding running track, fencing, bleachers, shade canopies, lighting, landscaping, irrigation and related drainage/site improvements.

Lew Sterrett Garage

The Lew Sterrett Sallyport Garage Revamp modernized and rehabilitated the parking garage serving the Lew Sterrett Justice Center. The project was executed in multiple phased construction areas to allow continued operations while improvements were completed.

Dallas County Records

The Dallas County Records Building Renovation and Restoration project transformed a historic downtown Dallas government complex into a modern, efficient, and accessible public facility while preserving its architectural heritage.

John Lewis Social Justice Academy

John Lewis Social Justice Academy is a transformative Dallas ISD bond-funded project that replaces the former Oliver Wendell Holmes Middle School with a state-of-the-art educational campus designed to support leadership, equity, civic engagement, and academic excellence.
