Built for Acclaim Medical, the project created a flexible healthcare facility that pairs a complete clinical environment with two shell suites positioned for future tenants. 3i served as general contractor, coordinating the new one-story building and associated site improvements from ground-up construction through closeout.
The clinical suite was planned around efficient patient and staff circulation. Its program includes 10 exam rooms, separate waiting areas, reception and check-out functions, triage and medication spaces, physician and manager offices, staff workstations, a breakroom, storage, and supporting restrooms. The broader construction scope included site grading and drainage, foundations, building shell and roofing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior partitions and finishes, paving, and landscaping.
