TLE is a childcare and early education center designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for young learners. The project included ground-up construction with classrooms, activity areas, administrative offices, and outdoor play spaces.
Throughout the project, 3i coordinated closely with the client and design team to meet strict standards for safety, accessibility, and child-centered design. Attention to detail was critical — from durable finishes and energy-efficient systems to child-scaled features that enhance functionality and comfort. By applying disciplined project management and leveraging experienced subcontractors, 3i delivered the facility on schedule and within budget. The completed project not only meets operational needs but also reflects The Learning Experience’s mission of fostering growth and development in children through thoughtful design and high-quality construction.
