Following extensive damage caused by the 2019 tornado, Dallas ISD undertook a comprehensive restoration and modernization effort at Thomas Jefferson High School. The project preserved the school's original 1950s architectural character while creating a resilient, modern educational environment. Work included restoration of the original structure and historic façade, along with a large new addition integrated into the existing campus.
As a strategic construction partner, 3i played a critical role in supporting The Beck Group in the successful execution of this high-profile CMAR project. 3i’s scope of work included preconstruction and cost modeling support, field coordination, subcontractor management, and oversight of historic preservation efforts. The firm ensured that safety, quality, and schedule integrity were maintained throughout construction, contributing to the timely and efficient completion of the project.
