Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation engaged 3i Construction to renovate approximately 11,000 square feet of existing office space for its relocation. Located on the 11th floor of 8435 Stemmons Freeway, the project included selective demolition, new partitions, specialty ceiling features, stained concrete and carpet flooring, millwork, appliances, glazed entrances, and coordinated building-system upgrades.
Construction was planned around occupied adjacent offices, with utility shutdowns scheduled outside normal business hours when necessary.
