Vice President of Operations

Chris Lewis is 3i Contracting Vice President of Operations. Responsible for the day-to-day and all projects, including purchasing, profit and loss management, client and vendor relations, scheduling, processes, procedural guidelines, safety management, employee development, training, and retention. He is intimately involved in all projects and visits each job site frequently to ensure the quality and speed of construction. He also monitors and reviews costs throughout the duration of the project.

With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Chris completes the 3i’s executive team perfectly. While he has in-depth management experience with the education sector, he also has an extensive background in other construction areas, including commercial, healthcare, hotel resorts and HUD projects.

Prior to becoming VP of Operations of 3i, Chris worked with two large general contractors as VP of Construction for over 12 years. With his tenure in construction, knowledge, and genuine appreciation of this industry during his early positions, Chris absorbed the hands-on experience critical to understanding the importance of thoroughness and constant communication throughout each construction process.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and attended Union High, where Chris was on the football & wrestling teams. Then attended Arizona State Tempe, where he was a two-time NCAA wrestling champion.

Chris is a proud husband and father of two daughters and two sons he enjoys sports, hunting, working out and spending time with his family.
